Repointing may be needed if you are experiencing water leaks or moisture in your ceiling cavity, there are loose and missing tiles or fragments of tile or cement in your gutters. Ridge tiles (also known as capping tiles) are the most important tiles on the roof to defend against possible water damage. In the repointing process we replace the old sand/cement mixture that surrounds those ridge tiles with new flexible pointing material that is not susceptible to shrinkage and cracking and is better equipped to deal with movement and winds and house movements.
We pressure clean your roof using the latest high PSI pressure washers to remove moss and lichen from the roof. Thorough cleaning is a must for ensuring the longevity of your roof and once cleaned it is in prime condition to be refinished with by our quality focused painters. There are 42 colors available, guaranteeing the perfect color for every home. All paints are water based acrylic and are suitable for collecting drinking water from your roof.

Rusty valleys tend to leak and can cause major damage to interior walls and ceilings. New valleys are installed and allowed to dry to ensure long life and no more leaks.
